Hateruma Island – Okinawa

Hateruma Island is the island with charm of the beautiful sea, and the sky full of stars, in Yaeyama Islands.

The island which was named in the meaning of the end of a coral reef, "HATE(end) URUMA(coral reef)", is a manned island on the southernmost tip of Japan, famous for seeing the Southern Cross.
